Marathon Training Update

Day 2:
Distance: 5 mi
Time : 43:00 min
Pace: 8:35 min/mi

Day 3:
Distance: 3 mi
Time: 24:33 min
Pace: 8:10 min/mi

Both runs felt good. Working on breathing and recognizing my pace. Day off today. 5 miles tomorrow. Long run with CARA group in Libertyville on Saturday morning.
