It's a good day to be a Cubs fan when they win AND acquire a veteran catcher that can hit (.298 lifetime avg) and handle a pitching staff.

Kendall is old school. That's why I've liked him since he was a Pittsburgh Pirate.

I don't like giving up young 6 foot 6 lefties, but if it gets us deep into the postseason, it will be worth it.

Nice move, Mr. Hendry. Can't wait to see what else you might have up your sleeve.
